The serve program begins with SEEK Week, a guided one-week period of fasting, prayer meditation and reflection that will orient the soul and spirit towards a willingness to discover and submit to the calling of God upon your life.  You will meditate on a different thought each day, spending time in scripture and reflecting upon the Word and your life journey and comunning with God in prayer over what He reveals and you discover.  The SEEK Week ends with an invitation to make a personal commitment to answer God’s call to ministry and the completion of an assessment of your abilites, passions temperment and ambitions.

The second part of the program is a seven week course which will cover various topics involved with ministry service.  Looking at topics such as how God has SHAPEd you, the best posture to maintain for success in ministry, and which environments are most effective in bringing about ministry success you will have opportunity to discover what ministry is about.  You will also develop a personal ministry vision statement, a declaration of God’s calling on your life to serve Him.

Part three of the program is a specialized ministry corhort in which you will enagage with other individuals with similar callings upon their lives to further define and refine your ministry vision. Under the supervision of a Ministry Mentor, you will explore various aspects of the area of ministry you have been called into, discovering why it is so important and how God uses it with other ministry in His plan for His kingdom.  You will evaluate available ministry opportunities and select an opportunity to engage in ministry.

Once you have selected a ministry opportunity you will be placed in ministry opearation as an intern under the tutelage of an experienced ministry member who will provide advice and guidance as your further develop your ministry effectiveness.  As you gain expertise in ministry you will be encouraged to seek out and to look for others whom you may perceive have similar callings to yourself and to inspire and encouarge them into ministry.
